Sourced from 100% Chardonnay grapes it has a toasty bouquet from aging over 36 months in the bottle, With aromas of brioche and Granny Smith green apple, it never fails to deliver in flavor and aroma. Crisp, bright with tiny bubbles, it has a creamy, velvety mouthfeel on our palate.
Pairs well with seafood dishes, creamy cheeses, pulled pork sandwich, oysters, arugula, peach, almond and goat cheese salad, or lobster mac ‘n cheese.
